What is a central vacuum system?  The central system is an appliance that vacuums dust and dirt through hidden 2-inch pipes into a canister in your garage or basement. No more fighting that heavy, noisy portable.  You simply plug a lightweight hose into special wall outlets. Dirt is automatically sucked away and the unit stops when the hose is removed.   Systems can be installed in new construction or can be a retrofit.

What is a toekick?  The toekick takes the place of a traditional dustpan.  Usually located in the kitchen or laundry area, the small, wide inlet is built into the toekick area under a cabinet. Use your toe to open the toekick inlet, sweep debris into the inlet and eliminate the use and back strain of a traditional, messy dustpan!
